Growing up in Florida, I have been to Walt Disney World a few times, between family and church trips. As much fun as I had as a child going, nothing can discribe how it can make one feel taking their own kids.
Here on this blog, I will try to share some tips (from what NOT to forget, to how to try to avoid meltdowns, how to pinch a penny here and there,etc.). Now many people will say, "If you need to save some dollars here and there while on vacation, you shouldn't even go." I never let other people's opinions keep me from going. Could the money been used elsewhere, I am sure it could had, but nothing will ever replace the memories created for a lifetime for me and my boys.
I will update this blog on a regular basis, but can't promise how often that will be. It could be daily, weekly or even monthly, but be sure to check back often to see where I am at on it.
I will share our vacations, since being a Mom, with you. They can be done, you just need to be a good planner, and be ready to pick up a few extra bucks here or there (garage sales, EBay, extra hours at work or a short term extra job).
There are very few people who, at some point in their life, who can't do a trip to Walt Disney World.
Everyone whould be able to "Wish Upon a Star."
